Last month, I picked up my first Sarah Knight book, Get Your Sh*T Together: How to Stop Worrying about What You Should Do So You Can Finish What You Need to Do and Start Doing What You Want to Do, and I instantly fell in love with one of the most clever approaches to self-help I've seen in years. Knight considers herself an "anti-guru" and throughout her three books, will walk you through getting your life together, encourage you to embrace yourself, and teach you to not give a f*ck, all without preaching. (She will also swear like a sailor, crack borderline inappropriate jokes, and reference her awesome existence on the beautiful island she moved to after quitting her corporate job, rendering you utterly jealous.)
Thanks to the lovely Lauren at Little, Brown and Company, I got to have a little chat with Sarah! An 8 minute long chat, to be exact. Without further ado ...
There you have it, Sarah Knight in all her cheeky glory! Make sure you go follow her on Instagram (@mcsnugz) because every time she posts a glorious photo of the sun and sand you'll be reminded to get your shit together. Trust me.
I hope you all loved this 8 minute interview. Leave me a comment below and let me know who else I should invite for a chat!
